Here in this sub-sub page, is a collection of post-canon ASOUE fanfictions where the Quagmire triplets (Duncan, Isadora, and Quigley), Hector (the Handyman), and the Widdershins Family (Captain Widdershins, Fernald aka the Hook-Handed Man, and Fiona) after surviving the Great Unknown, attempt to live their lives far away from the organization that is the Volunteer Fire Department. Other ASOUE or ATWQ characters may make an appearance in these works.
Why it is call "It's Free Real Estate"? Because no one truly knows what happens to them canonically. It's an open sandbox to play with. Or rather...free real estate.
While this sub-sub page will eventually have fanfictions, there will also be other content that in some way or form relate to the seven characters post-canon.
